“The Answer To A Long Awaited Prayer”

What do you do with a 50 year old house that’s in need of a lot of repairs because you tried renting it and that didn’t work?  You live out of town and didn’t have time to do the job right.  The answer to a long awaited prayer came one day. 

His name is Derek Pierce.  He buys houses that need to go quick.  I have been to many closings- some really good and some really bad.  This was the easiest closing I’ve ever done!

Derek was a pleasure to work with.  He went out of his way for our convenience.  I would highly recommend him anytime.  I can’t say enough about how easy it was to work with Derek.
